SbigControl is an application to control SBIG cameras from company Santa Barbara Instrument Group.

This application controls a Sbig camera with internal guide chip, external remote guider, 
guide chip in filter wheel or a seperate guiding camera (f.e. STi).

The software is tested with serveral Sbig cameras and accessories but not with all!
Please note that there is not guarantee, that the using of SbigControl do not affect other software or hardware.
The developer and distributor is not liable for such issues, problems or any damages.

SYSTEM requirement:

* Windows 7 or higher, 32 or 64 bit
* 2GB memory or more
* 1024 x 768 pixel screen or more
* Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 (X86)
* if Win 7: Microsoft .Net 4.5 or actual updates of it
* Sbig camera with USB  or Ethernet connection
* ASCOM 6.1 or higher

INSTALLATION:

* Download and execute the setup file from given link.
* Check if Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 (X86) is installed
	Open "Control Panel"
	Open "Programs and Features"
	Look if there is an entry with: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 x86 Redistributable"
	If not: download and install it from http://www.astrophoto.at/SbigControl/vcredist_x86.exe
* If you use Win 7, check if Microsoft .Net 4.5 is installed (Win 8 has included .Net 4.5):
	Open "Control Panel"
	Open "Programs and Features"
	Look if there is an entry with: "Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.x"  (f.e. 4.5.1)
	If not: download and install it from http://www.astrophoto.at/SbigControl/dotNetFx45_Full_setup.exe
* Install last SbigDriverChecker utiliy from www.Sbig.com ("current software")
* Install last Sbig driver with SbigDriverChecker
